| One Sunday we left the city and took the RER Line A for a 45 minute ride to St. Germain-en-laye. It was a nice break from the activity and congestion of Paris. Before lunch we strolled thru the immense park with this view of Paris. La Defense is eaisly recognized in the background. Bearnaise sauce was created here in a restaurant that shares this view.
